Why do the US build a 2 billion dollar project neutrinos facility announced this 2023 already on going. its goverment arent keen on bulding useless things like this unless its related to energy and weaponry and this is a big budget more than 6-7 times the japanese are currently building the neutrino facility on there land which is 300 million budget and this is there 3rd neutrino facility and there one of the first to build one and the others in secret. Good luck guys earthquakes happening in asia and the recent manitude 7.2 earthquake hit a region in the Philippines region CAR (abra epicenter) like a controlled subject in an experiment less than a hundred died but the thing is most 7 plus magnitude earthquake in history killed thousands of people and infustructure of a 3rd world country is questionable. I put one of these in my backyard and it created a mini black hole… I never need to pay for a garbage pick up service again! One full bag of garbage turns into a microscopic piece of dust! This will end the world’s landfill disaster! They sell all the parts at your local Radio Shack electronic store. It has to be a Radio Shack store! No other store sells the correct parts.

Thats the christchurch quakes accounted for...and, there was a seismic detonator in the form of the mining ship off Kaikoura just off the beach...pulsing the seabed. BUT of course, that had nothing to do with the quakes there......😂.yeah right!

Neutrino weapon is the dumbest shit I've heard all day. Billions of neutrinos are already passing through you every second, and they almost never interact with you. You have a higher chance of never interacting with a neutrino than not. But if they interacted with you, the most that could happen is if they interacted with your eye and caused you to see a small flash of light that would most likely get ignored like most other entoptic phenomenon like floaters or the white dots you see when looking at something blue for too long. This machine is not a weapon, but a big ass camera used to detect the rare amount of neutrinos that do interact with the world. I'd be more worried about little Timmy next door trying to blind people with his red laser pointer.
