  I have a C60 and the principal works great. Mine was stuck out. My switch was a white one on the bottom right in the tray slot. I had used a long stick-like for bbq. Just like in the video it takes about 5 to 10 seconds before the tray raises inside and all is well.

  So awesome i spent 40 monuyes on the phone with two Jura representatives in Canada. No one even mentionned this. This worked and exactly what happened to my ena 4. (you should alter the title so that people with all the micro ena unita can see this solution) truly awesome thanks
