I was about to say,it would be beautiful to go biking to get there and you mentioned so,do they hire out bikes?Also ,would it be difficult if you don't read Chinese,the bus signs were not in English though I guess they speak English there?

Hey thanks for your comment and questions. Bike rentals are easy in Taiwan and they have apps for that, you need to do research on this. English are not widely spoken by you can rely on google map which are super accurate.
