Howdy Y'all. Our family has decided to create this channel in order to share our experiences moving from the city to the country. Our videos will always be informational and practical, as we relay our experiences and knowledge regarding all things related to the farm, from raising animals to gardening, home improvements, and day-to-day activities. We hope to impart our knowledge, as well as mistakes, to you, as well as learn from all of you. Our family also hopes to instill the love of all things country and farming and possibly encourage some of you "city slickers" to consider the incredible experience that country life has to offer! This should be quite an adventure! Ready, set, and saddle up!

I loved this idea! I’m definitely using this thank you!!
How do they do in the wind? Do they fall over easily?
Got 2 lavender Orpingtons today! They may be the cutest chicks out of the 11 I have! They were born today. So I’m excited to see them grow
I love that breed of chickens, so pretty! ❤
Aww this was cute! (but it's 'reins').

Norman chasing after the trailer.... wahhh!
I have a horse that I began training at age 2. She was responsive and obedient and showed exceptional intelligence. At age 3 we began to ride the trail and she did well. After 3 years of riding and her doing very well on the trails, she bucked me off. I got hurt but after I healed I began to ride again and we were successful for another year, and she did it again. Both times there seemed to be no reason or signs of agitation that prompted the buck. It was just a simple flip of the rear and I was off. This time I got hurt more seriously. I have not ridden her for a year and I won't again. She has an S swirl on the forehead which indicates erratic behavior and they can blow in a split second with no forewarning. I am older and I just can't take the chance. Could another rider do better with her? I don't know whether she will be safe for anyone. I love her and have handled her gently but firmly. I started her with "join up", and that was vital. I have had to repeat the process a few times as she tends to challenge me. She came out of a wild horse herd. I try to use horse langue with her as this is what she understands. Any advice?
Clever!
MU says that’s wonderful!!!🐷🐷
Do the caps serve a function? If they are just decorative, then I will skip them. But if they help keep the poles from blowing over in the wind, for example, I will do them.
The caps are for decoration since rain can't get caught in the PVC. I hope this helps! Please let us know how they turn out. :)
MU says hello!!!🐷🐷
Aw, Lulu and the piggies say "hi" back! We just want to say that we appreciate all the retweets on Twitter. We love Mu, Penelope, and Peaches! 🐷🐷🐷

i do trails in the fall the summer ehhhhhhhh i think too hot in summer i do indoor training like showjumping and dressage but when its cooler i mostly do trails but my horses still get outdoor time in summer
Trails in the fall are great since it's definitely cooler! What I like to do, in the summer months, is take a short trail ride, or ride in the pasture, in the evenings when it's cooling down. I love those kind of rides.. I took short evenings rides like that a lot in the past! :) Ooo, I'm sure showjumping and dressage are fun to do in the summer! That's awesome that you're able to do some indoor and outdoor training with your horses, even in the summer when it's hot.💕
@@AmericanAcresFarming yeah i think show jumpings just a bit more fun i also have an outdoor arena of course XD in the fall and winter and cooler seasons i use outdoor arena but june july indoor cause horses over heat fast and sweat badly but right now since its hot im doing indoor oop i forgot in spring to take my horses spring grazing i guess i will tomorrow they even summer graze fall graze and winter graze
