My channel is mainly Marty Robbins plus some artists I bought way back in the 60's. It used to be a highlight when Marty had a new album or single out in the UK and I couldn't wait to purchase them. He really was a major talent and tongue tied me got to meet the great man on several occasions. I still have a deep love of the man and his music and I'm proud to have been a fan of his for over 50 years.

No one, even all these years later, comes anywhere close to Marty. You can understand every word he sings. His voice is perfection .

Oh WOW!!! Two different perspectives... They are both Great!!! One could just pick one... (I pick both!!!) The words say soooo much! The melodies ring with perspective and reflection and as for dancing... I think just depends on the mood... (I would still pick both to have on hand...) Nobody says it better I guess one could say! LYRICS I come to the garden alone, While the dew is still on the roses, And the voice I hear falling on my ear The Son of God discloses. And He walks with me, and He talks with me, And He tells me I am His own; And the joy we share as we tarry there, None other has ever known. I’d stay in the garden with Him, Though the night around me be falling, But He bids me go; through the voice of woe His voice to me is calling. And He walks with me, and He talks with me, And He tells me I am His own; And the joy we share as we tarry there, None other has ever known.

Marty is a legend. He surrounded himself with serious musicians and his live performances as well as countless, shining studio achievements are a pleasure to behold. Bill Johnson is nothing short of astounding . I heard this song the other day and wanted to find out the name of the steel player and actually witness the execution of those incredible licks! Your posting made that possible. I am in your debt!

Marty was always a pedal steel guitar guy. He arguably had the two greatest pedal steel players in Bill Johnson and Katz Kobayashi. Maybe living in Hawaii is where he loved the pedal steel guitar.

The badge has yet again gone to manys head. If I wore one, I'd show them how to use it. But then I'd be fired for not obeying. Badge aint about money. It's protecting and serving the people. They pay you for that with there taxes. Stop doing that and you will stop being paid. Less the government pay you. And there being defunded as well. The people run shit. Period.
