  I feel for you Lindy. I reaced up to slide my curtains in my front room and grabbed a hornet. It stung me right in the end of one of my fingers. It was one of the worst pains I've ever felt and I've felt some pretty bad pains. I'm glad you're not allergic to bees, that would have been a real bad situation

  PLEASE D O N 'T GO BY EXPIRATION DATES ON YOUR CANNED GOODS. THOSE ARE ONLY FOR MAKING MONEY. SO THAT STORES KNOW TO GET THEM ON SALE AND OFF THE SHELVES TO BRING IN NEW.. THAT FOOD IS GOOD DO NOT THROW IT AWAY

  I always seem to get stung over here. Nothing so far this year. Luckily. I've always used baking soda and water in a paste and just kind of pile it on there and it's always worked for me. If all else fails after that, I might take an Advil. Hope you're feeling better

  When I was a child in Europe, the usual advice was to put wet clay or just wet earth on it and keep it there until it removes ("sucks out") the sting of the poor dead bee.

  Oh dang. I'm sorry to hear about that. I'd buy some high-quality clay to keep on hand for times like that. You can make a poultice with it and clean water or colloidal silver. Just make sure it stays moist so the clay can pull out the toxins and stinger. Wrap the area with plastic wrap after applying the wet clay and a gauze pad. Then keep changing out the dressing until all the swelling and pain is gone. It should only take a day or two. Aw, the hummingbird babies sound so cute! I'm glad you have them coming around. 🤗

  Bee stings hurt! Years ago I was hiking in Pa, and stepped on a nest, I had over 50 stings, horrible experience. I made a baking soda paste, it worked pretty good, but it still hurt like crazy. Hope your pain is easing up. I think of you a lot, even though we've never meant, you said something one time ,, that you had a plan when you could no longer do van life. That's great, I wonder how many living in vehicles have a plan , for when the time comes. Bless you Lindy, and Marley to !

  “He”honeybees don’t sting. Only the worker bees ( girls) do if the hive is in danger. Maybe it was a wasp? I like the tidbits!!!😁😁😁👍👍👍

  My Dad was allergic, he and my sister sat on a log at a beach park and the bees just swarmed, ambulance came and took him to hospital across the ferry in Seattle, my sister ripped her pants off and followed the ambulance. I'm glad you are healing.😊

  Mom would make a paste with the baking soda and cool or cold water and it did seem to take the pain out pretty well.
