You can also do this with a circular cookie sheet and use croissants, just use one filling layer and fold croissants to middle to make a Mexican chicago style pizza!!

Making this tonight, after the temperature from today's heatwave slightly decreases, lol. Tired of eating cold cuts, and craving something like this. Thanks for sharing!

Lol tortillas are not tortilla shells they're just plain old tortillas. I'm Mexican I might have been triggered by that reference. Lol.

Fyi if you open both ends of the cans you can push every bit of the frojoles into your pan. All you have to do is remoce the can cut out when it drops.

So many people doing it and it looks very easy! I get a small boil here for $35. This would be a great investment. I think I will get one too! Man you made me hungry for this!

Did you have the heat at different levels or the same? I wanna try this but afraid I might burn potatoes before I cook them. Lol. Thanks for the video! It was great idea and looks delicious.

Kept the temperature about the same across the grill. You have to give the potatoes a little more time. So start them first… It’s really easy to cook and you will get the feel for everything cooking . I was worried also the first time but it works out… it’s my wife’s favorite dish on the griddle…

I made this tonight. I didn’t have any refried beans so that was the only change I made. I used a layer of Pace medium salsa in place of the refried beans. It came out perfect with a small garden salad on the side. Thanks for the great ideas and the nice videos you make!

I dated a boy in high school who’s mama was full bloody Cajun from New roads. We went to a party once time and they had Gar Fish Balls with Sauce Piquant. It was without a doubt the best thing I’ve ever eaten. I miss his family and their food

I would love to try this with ground chicken or ground turkey. Or maybe Perdue short cut s chicken. Also I would add some chorizo sausage or andue sausage. My boyfriend is very particular when it comes to lasagna and im not sure if hed eat this. My sister is in a nursing home and I would love to try this for her and her friends who are always treating her to take out for lunch or dinner or a snack. Much love 😍 Michele Hotchkiss Damalio Patchogue long Island NY

I've made something similar to this before. The only changes would be green Ortega chilies and the mexicorn canned corn, Mexican blend cheese, and I make my own Mexican spices as it is lower in sodium. I might use enchilada sauce instead of salsa, too, because my husband prefers it. Thanks, I'll be making this again soon.
