Great video. What’s the recommended rep scheme?. The internet is all over the place. My best guess is lower such as 3x5 as it’s an explosive move…

I am sorry but..., this is incorrect. Butt sticking up. Should be, from shoulders to knees, straight line, at all times. Start like you do, with wheel under shoulders, end lying to the ground, and back up again. But all that, should be done with knees to shoulders straight line, always. At the beginning, I could do 4 reps, now my personal best is 15. But still, I can't do even a single rep, on my feet :)

Well, I see I'm a little late with this comment, because several others have already said it. This is by far, bar none the best KZread video out there about this exercise. Thank you for taking the time to record this and share this. Wishing you the best of success.

at 3:45 it mentions that it's failure that scapula moves during push up. Something along the same lines is mentioned at 5:35. Why is it considered a failure?

I know I'm four years late but this is an excellent tutorial on double kettlebell clean and jerk. I've been focusing on kettlebells for three years now and only doing single kettlebell workouts. Now I'm ready to "graduate" to two kettlebells and this video was extremely helpful in describing what faults to avoid. Thank you.

Much prefer this to the pyramid scheme of do SS then ROP, then squat then pay for our certifications then maybe you can do this exercise that is not only fun, but delivers great benefits

okay, so this kind of thing seems like it'd work. but when i try, my back gets tight as fuck. it pumps up like mad, so much it's almost debilitating. i don't get any further range, i just get a super stiff back for the next 20 min. what am i supposed to do?

Thank you! This was a great tutorial. Very helpful for those of us starting CrossFit but unfortunately not at the gym. Right before Covid I had joined a CrossFit gym and paid a great deal of money for one on one after the on ramp class and was so frustrated by not understanding how to do the movement. If only I had a teacher like you.
