  The 19 and 45/19X slides are the same. The difference is in the frames of the 45/19X. Glock made changes in the frames to get those slide lengths to work .

  I have the training can as well. Can confirm it redirects sounds to the other side. Hell, if you manage to put some kind of end cap on it, it might even... Shhh... Overall, a better investment than the QD Warden, honestly. I know stainless steel is expensive, but those ought to be much cheaper.
