Your playing stupid music again
Perfect, thank you that solves the mystery of which direction to mount the blade. Thank you.

Nooooo mi ricordo cero anche io
Thick disks suck for any home use, I accidentally bought thick disks and they take a decade to cut even mild steel, very frustrating.
Do you mount the brush with or without the inner fllange?
Goddam move your fucking hands out the way of the camera man

A question I really need answering please! How do you do about angled cuts on block paving? Is it dangerous trying to hold the block at the angle required? Really wanting to buy one of these but unsure if it is suitable?
Hello Chris, Thank you for your question and the interest shown in our product. This machine does not feature a tilting head allowing angled cuts and we do not recommend to hold the material angled manually. Nevertheless, we have a cutting guide available on our other machines that could fit on this CM35 and which could help to make some angled cuts. Please contact us on the following e-mail address for more information: [email protected] Joachim

Hello sir ❤🙏🏻
Show the disc side please.
Thank you so much! I just spent 30 minutes reading through the included instructions with my brand new angle grinder, and it was so hard to make sense of the terminology. I appreciate this video!
Hi Susan, Glad we could help. Thanks for watching!
Key piece of information here is you need a variable speed grinder.10 000 plus fixed rpm is going to be a disaster.
Exactly Mark, thanks for watching!
Super
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching!
A question not a comment. Can you please tell me what type of gloves you are using?
Hi Michael, you need heat proof, abrasion proof & cut resistant gloves. You can't beat a leather type glove as this has all these properties. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!
What is the acceptance standard for the shape of shot
So if your using a cupped disk should you flip the flange around & mount it the other way?
Great question. For all grinding discs you need the caselated ring inside, the same for both shaped discs. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!
Vynikající video 👍👍. Děkuji za skvělý tip a přeji vám hodně štěstí 🍀🍀🍀
Grinding with a cutting wheel is perfectly fine just don’t be stupid and press down hard, let the wheel do the work.
We can't recommend doing this at all. The discs are made in a different way, for your safety and those around you, only grind with a grinding disc.
Straight to the point, knowledgeable and easily explained. Thank you Uncle
Glad we could be of service!

Sure you can cut wood with an angle grinder but... be prepared to lose your fingers, your intestine or get a crack in your face.
Is this why i was surrounded by people cutting?
How about simple roll of cold roll steel to dress the diamond wheel.
That’s terrible
Why would you need to do cuts so close together?
When removing the middle part between both cuts do you obtain a wide grove. This can be used to install cables in the floor for example. A groove can also be obtained using a single wide diamond blade, but if the floor is hard, if the cut is deep and the if blade is very wide, then could more machine power be needed.
I only have fixed rpm angle grinder (14,000 rpm). Is it still possible to use it to polish aluminum?
Our polishing discs require a much lower RPM to use, if you used it on your machine the fibers would simply fly off and create a snow storm! If you polish infrequently, a cheap variable speed grinder should be fine. Thanks for watching!
@@NortonAbrasivesEMEA Thank you for the advice
I need to bicycle U-lock made out of a combination of wood and metal then. If it is that hard to cut wood without the right disk.
🤣
Do sparks hurt
They don't really hurt but they sure are hot! Always make sure you are wearing flame retardant overalls and gloves and ideally an apron. Always try and stand to the side so the sparks are not hitting you directly and you will be fine. Thanks for watching!
Brilliant thanks
Allways metal plate down with abrasive metal cutting disks and there is a logic behind it, if the disc is slipping it will not ruin your disc mount forever
How it is possible??? Because the both disc are designed for different purpose.. How can a grinding disc used as a cutting as the thickness of grinding disc can force the operator to exert the force to cutt the steel...and thete is potential risk of tool bounce back.
Thanks for the comment, We never said it was a good idea, just that it is possible ;-) The abrasive grains in the discs are the same, its just the thickness and number of reinforcement layers that are different. Thanks for watching
Actually you are wrong.... the metal rim sould be facing downwards!!!

OMG... THANK YOU!

Thankyou for the video, I just got a dewalt grinder for cutting metal and I wanted to be as safe as possible using it. I made the mistake of being lazy once cutting a bit of rebar with one without glasses on and got a hot spark in the eye, I treat grinders with great respect now.
Sorry to hear about your injury but glad you were able to learn the lesson. PPE should always be worn and hopefully, you never need it! Thanks for watching.
Thanks Sir. God bless you. 😊😊😊🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
You can if you understand physics and how to do it safely. Although most be are dumb and will get piece of cutting disc in the eye lid because they used cut disc to grind and only had on their squinty eye protection.
Try to cut a 4 feet 1/4 inch metal plate with the guards , then I will pay attention 😬
❤ Thanks again
Glad we could help. Thanks for watching!
Thanks, very helpful for me a start but is it the same process when you want to cut with the cutting disk?
