Hey bro, do you know of any videos on how to add watchfaces to the watch using png and di files in the data folder of the qifit app? Have you tried this method and had any success? I messed around with it all afternoon and cant get it. If you figure it out can you make a video tutorial? Im sure many people would love that. Bought a Tetra R2 at Shopee Malaysia 2 months, then the display not functioning, try to contact customer service, very slow reply. Then asked me did i wear it go bathing or swimming? I replied no, only hiking, then they replied your bought it more than one month, no return. Then no longer reply my message, guess this watch can not wear for outdoor, very disappointed.

Hlo, plz reply me...i have problem after updating it, When my hw3+ v4.10.57 is not in use, it always get automatically restart..always almost after(30 sec).. But,.When i used aod(always on display) it doesnot...and aod, consumes battery too.. So, plz how can be it solve...🎉😢

Is it the old HW3+ & new HW3+ are different model? The names are same, only the year of model are different. Or maybe there only firmware update? Or the worst is they are different watch but uses same name. It will be some seller scamming people by selling last year model but saying its 2024s model. Kinda problamatic.

I noticed the compass function stopped working for me. It's stuck on east and doesn't move. Hopefully they can fix this on the next one
Still way too big, way too thick e.t.c for a watch... i predict those $80 watches become like $5 in one or 2 years, or even lesser because they have to get rid of millions of uh smart watches.. before the next generation comes. Altough, i have bought this watch too and use it as a phone (without the strap) p.s i am missing Sms texting and some other phone features? Receiving sms and sens sms.

Hello iMAT, there is this thing that no body is talking about which kind of pissed me off about the watch, even the Oraimo still does better in that aspect; i wish i could say this verbally. When you got a notification (message/ WhatsApp/ Instagram/ etc). Let me use WhatsApp notification for example; it quickly disappear from the watch and shows the total number of message on your WhatsApp, and to see the message you will need to go through the notifications on the watch by pressing it or check the message on your phone. It really sucks because the essence of smartwatch is to get informed by just raising your watch to see the message that came in for you without going through your phone or pressing the watch to see it. I recommend and this is what it should have been; every new message should stay at least 5 seconds on the watch to get users informed instead of showing the new message like a second and quickly switch to the total number of messages. What is more important is the new notification or message that just came in. I hope this get fixed and with this issue i have always prefer not to use the smart watch at times and opt for my Oraimo instead. I hope you understand my complaint and i pray if this can be forwarded to the Hello Watch 3+ team/developer/company. It really matters please!
Thanks for sharing! Previously the banner didn’t use to go away until it was manually swiped, but a lot of people reported this as a bug and they added a 5s timer to it😅
@@iMAT yea, it would have been nice if it only display the recent notification/messages within that 5 seconds period but it won't, rather it would only display for like a second or two then switch to like "you have 500 unread message" which doesn't matter but what only matters is the message than came on as at that period and that should only be what should be displayed on the screen within the 5 seconds period not telling me thousands of messages i haven't read. As a result of it notifying me of the total number of messages i have i always don't always see the maun message that just dropped as it disappears quickly and show me my total number of unread messages which is irrelevant, if i need to see them i will check them my self later or they make that display immediately after 5 seconds not immediately the new message came in thereby not letting me see my message.

I prefer HK9 Ultra 2 Max as a replica of the Ui, but overall Hello Watch 3+ is better DT Ultra 2 battery sucks
