No I do not get anything like Hand of Sacrifice. But I do get a Power Word Shield before every shadow ele gets eaten, I also try to put down my Stoneclaw Totem as well. Around 25-30% or so we put down Spirit Link and I go in that to get a bit more hp until I rot and die.

Your mana bar hardly moves, our guild did this last night and I was pumping 1# with chain lightning slimes but I was going oom really fast and fell down the meters. Any tips or is it a gear thing?

Try to use Thunderstorm on CD, that should help a lot. I haven't had mana problems really since week 2, especially on this fight. I would have to see the log to get a better idea of what is going wrong.

Fury sucks right now. I find it fun to try to make a meme spec do respectable damage. With that said I do think Fury can do very well on Sinestra specifically with the haste buff in phase 3.

I have an elemental shaman but i get sent down to deal with the adds so i cannot always stay up and pump but this was a very clean fight and i am also glad to have learned the fact that chainlightning bounces off valiona and theralion as long as they near each other resulting in more damage done.

you need a guid for ele shammy? press flame every 20 seconds... press lava burst whenever not on CD spam LB if target is more that 1 mob spam chain. ele is a brain dead class.

If there are 2 Bosses/mobs alive for a significant time during a fight then I will unglyph Chain Lightning. I do this on Theralion and Valiona, Magmaw, Al'akir, Ascendant Council and maybe ODS.

chain glyph adds mobs your chain hits... if there is only 2 mobs to hit, you don't need to hit 5.................also the hit additional with chain is a damage decrease on initial hit, but hits 2 additional targets............................. do ppl read what glyphs do anymore???

On the pull I try to cast as much as possible so I can get as many procs as I can before my Fire ele snap shot. Once the whelps come out I press my macro that has all of my CDs in it; racial, EM, gloves. Ideally at this point I have all of my procs for my Ele, and then I send it.

Hey man, i was checking on logs and i realized that the top ele parses r using more CL than any other skill, somehow they r tanking the bosses stacked and cleaving them… great videos btw, ty!

Yea, this video was 7 weeks ago on the Cataclysm Beta. On live we are doing the strat that allows for CL. Once I do well on that fight, I'll post it.

The Rolling Thunder talent refunds mana, the more targets there are the more mana you recieve.
