  Her voice was really off on this performance. You can hear it cracking especially on the first chorus. Sounds like she was sick. Love this song but this performance wasn’t the greatest live performance.

  I was reminded on face book about how stoked I was that Tori Amos answered by question about the marriage of mary and the magdalene and I am so happy I got to hear it again now. My how 12 years have flown by in an instant yet She is so completely timeless.

  Did you know this was about her nephew (the angel on Midwinter Graces). His mother was concerned of his sexuality. She thought Mary Jane was a girl and it was gonna fix his "confusion"
