Ok, Alan. You're going to need to ramp up your monthly Mkgt/Adv/PR budgets to the status quo because you have a winner format. Think Coca Cola, Apple, and every other big company. I don't know a soul on the planet who shouldn't be experiencing your program. Trust that mind chatter in the back of your head, it's always 110% right. Think of what you could create with 1/3 monthly gross rev going toward promotion. And if you can't create it, develop a Google like M&A dept to buy it. I've been around the block a few billion times and know when I know. You are a winner!.
What about the not millionaires who also live in Tahoe, or want to? Tahoe shouldn’t be for only the super rich

The new Tahoe locals from the Bay Area have just destroyed our community with there big city entitlement and shity attitudes with how our community works I’ve lived here for 40 years can’t wait to get out of what we call Tahoe the new east bay
