  That’s beautiful work, there is a company called “ridies” making custom leather upholstery for the g35 coupe that supposedly fits perfect, I’d probably have a better chance installing those than cutting leather & foam then sewing it how you did it

  The foam I used was head liner cloth backing. You can buy from any upholstery supplier store. 👌👍💪

  Hi! My friend! The foam I used was headliner backing foam. You can buy it at any auto upholstery supplies store. That is something leftover from another job headliner. But you can buy pink foam just for hiding any defects.!

  Leather is luxury and expensive. Vinyl is cheaper, but both are good When you use the original pattern. And your stitch is straight and neatly.

  Dude! Awesome video. Thank you so much for taking the time to show us how to do it. Probably the best video on this I have found. Cannot stress enough to take pictures of everything before you do something and then after so you can see how it should look when you put it back together. and keep track of how things were routed. and take your time.
