    No, grind by time. They have a very similar looking model that uses GBW.

    may i know why some you just tamp and put it under the machine but you need to use the wdt for others?

    Something coffee comes out with clumps after grinding so we use WTD to break those clumps and get an even extraction

    @@Gik685 They probably ordered from a bakery or baker. I bake for lots of coffee shops. For me I prep the day before, and bake from 3am to around 6am, then send them out to different places.

    My dream is to working at caffe like this, but unfortunately my city is too small (from economic perspective) for such fancy machine as like you videos. Hopefully Palangkaraya (Middle Borneo Island city) is more advanced at future for human resources.
