  Antonio Carluccio what a gem and one of a kind. He always held onto his passion for food, for cooking and for life the old fashioned way. And he was highly educated and a staunch business man.   Antonio Carluccio is probably one of the best Chefs in the past 50 years! I have no idea why he still promotes this '' Restaurant '' if you can call it that!!! Mozzarella wrapped in Parma ham??? Come on!! Do they honestly think people will pay for that??
