  Kanawha Valley Raceway, Ohhh what memories. Went to this dragstrip ever since it was first opened when I was just a kid. Heartbreaking to hear that it was shutdown. The farmers up that way never liked the strip anyway. They always wined about it. I remember seeing signs close to the strip saying, “No Dragstrip” or “Noise Pollution”. Guess they finally got what they wanted. U can’t have anything without someone’s feelings getting hurt or someone’s rights being violated. Fucking hippies.

  I'm with you Ironhorse. 1/4 mile is barely long enuff. Pretty soon they'll be racing 60 foot. Won't even need a stupid 2 speed transmission then.

  Silver Bullet was getting air in every gear by the look of it. Love all the AMX cars! That last yellow one could really pull some amazing shifts as well. Good video too. Not sure what kind of lens the guy was using,made the cars look kind of distorted but I liked it. The sound was one of the best I have heard!

  The old dude in silver bullet is a beast when it comes to engines he's a genius and can shift like an automatic.....not to mention I'm pretty sure he's in his 70's in this vid!!!!
