    I just found this video. I love vintage Oldsmobiles. I've had an 86 442 with a 68 OLDS 350 since 1994. They're all cool 64-72...73-77, eh, not too bad, I had a 77 black with the white stripe, The 78-87 Hurst and 442s were cool. 1970 was about the peak with that torque monster 455. Mom could do a hole shot a lot easier with a line lock or an 10" converter! My girlfriend is a drag with going fast, just punching it at a 20 roll up to shifting out of first, does not like holeshots, I couldnt pay her to do one.

  • @CodyShell

    Roof rack came from 4 wheel parts, it's a universal rack. You do need the brackets to mount it which can be tricky The ARB bumper I got from independent4X a few years ago

    @@luda1983luda83 yikes that sucks. How many miles to burn a quart? Honestly I don't really have any suggestions. In my past experience rotella 15w-40 diesel oil burnt the least... Btw, for the kids watching this thinking "eww, crappy graphics" or "why can't you just hold circle and level out the car?", this was peak vehicle physics for a game this old, and the graphics look outdated now, but at the time this was fresh af and probably the funnest stunt track I've played to this day, in ANY game. You had to be there is all I can say.

  • @CodyShell
    @CodyShell5 ай бұрын

    I'd be surprised if today's kids are even watching this video lol. But yeah, this was peak vehicle fun back then. I do think Rush 2049 is a little better... graphically and the 4 stunt tracks + obstacle course are really fun. But you can't beat Rush 2

    Hello, I watch your videos and there are nice posts. I have an Isuzu trooper 3.5 v6. It's the same as your vehicle. I've seen you install a supercharger kit on your vehicle in your videos before. I want to install a supercharger kit on my vehicle. But I couldn't find a supercharger kit. can you help me.

  • @CodyShell
    @CodyShell8 ай бұрын

    The kit is pretty hard to find, they stopped officially making them years ago. My best suggestion is to check eBay frequently for a used one. The kit is made by Alpine Developments. I want to say there was a guy in a Facebook group I'm in and he said he was in contact with Alpine and they were willing to build a new kit for him. Maybe you can reach out to them alpine-developments.com/

    let's figure it out! what year is your car? do you know which vacuum line is going through your firewall? Is it the line coming off the vacuum canister? Does your car have AC? I guess the biggest question is what is it doing? are the vents not operating? or is it just not getting hot?

    I found your videos when I was researching my first '98 Trooper. It's now dead from becoming the middle of a sandwich, but I found a '99 and manual swapped it from the wrecked '98. I just got it back from getting a good skid plate, rock sliders, winch bumper, and 12k lb. winch installed. Haven't got a chance to test it yet, but really looking forward to seeing what it can do!
