  Historical Context: MICA Edited this video to erase the protests happening during the ceremony. The protest came while MICA refused to divest from a country committing genocide and ruling in apartheid.

  For archival purposes - I'd like to add here that there were multiple protests happening throughout this commencement, asking MICA to divest funds from Israel - however, MICA has taken is upon themselves to delete and re-edit the 2024 commencement to reflect that no such events occurred. To erase the actions of the graduating class you are "honoring" is beyond disrespectful.

  I watched every episode, only to come to the finale where they forget to toast Native American artist Frank Buffalo Hyde for winning the 6th challenge. They judges only toast the three finalists, and Frank literally has to initiate a toast to himself. Shame on you! Haven't Native Americans been treated poorly enough throughout history?

  I just submitted the Master degree of art education graduate program to MICA recently and I really hope I can be accepted. This is a very good college for artists so I decided to go there. I wish some people can lead me and introduce the buildings for me haha.

  You could really be celebrating black history month w all the money from BLM. Ask them to sell their mansions and maybe donate to a good celebration. I mean black history is all about slavery and BLM is keeping all y’all in chains. Where all their money go to?
