The feeling of guilty is a clear body action (that is, physical & emotional state): Body organs are tensed, simultaneously in the mind we find a wording of that condition = I am a bad person. Nobody loves me. Nobody wants to understand me. I don't deserve love as pleasure. I'm not expert in my work. I'm stupid & ugly. I must punish my unprofessionalism by working harder, without enjoying my work & without due remuneration (I did not deserve no thanks). We call this body environment - a Feeling. We named that feeling 'I am guilty'. A state of love in between two bodies does suppose a reaction of one body (person) to a behavior (mood) of the other (of a loved partner). When I feel beautiful (successful) - I react to partner by my happiness. I care for and share my love with him (her). If I feel idiot (guilty) - I would blame to my partner in my shit (in my lack of value). The feeling of being guilty is originated in a childhood of every human. Until 3-4 y.o. a child considers himself the God 💜 The children feel the 100% of an own responsability for parents' relations. When a baby sees the fighting (one against another) of parents - his unique reaction (conclusion) is that he is the reason of their pain. So he tries to decipher a human pain (to analize & find a reason), while suffering himself... The enotional pain is the lack of endorphins in the body. What makes our body to increase the endorphins ? A thought about own value(s). What makes us missing happiness = excitement = endorphins ? The thoughts about our flaw(s) 😳 The child, receiving insufficient amount of love from parents (especially, from an opposite gender parent) - creates a habit to feel himself guilty (bad person). The reason of a childish illness. The guilty adults are used to often change their sexual partners. They always need to fall in love. (As it's - the only love excitement what lets the humans to enjoy reality.) The condition of being guilty pushes the human body to need sex, more than healthy (not so tensed) person needs it. By sexual wish our bodies (minds) feel inspired. After orgasm each person finds itself happy... for a while. They are the typical hard-workers... always feeling themselves owe something to someone. In fact, during 24 hours they try to calm their unhappy parents down, behaving themselves as those, responsable of papa-mama's love, babies 💔 In own sentimental relations - the old guilty children are usually the best lovers. Their are talented in attraction to their person - the love desire of anyone, interesting for them. In the begining of each new love they're excessively happy, driving happy to the partner, at the same level = human endorphins make magic 🍒 With a time the love excitement gets down, so the guilty person starts feeling less desire to enjoy his partner. Then come the conflicts. (Instead of making love... as it happened their first time together.) The parents' fighting... instead of smiles and hugs. Guilty feeling makes the person Egoist. The egoists are not able to find their behavior wrong, in any situation. Some reasons of divorses: * only sexual attraction of both partners * egoism of one or both * failure to enjoy a happiness of partner That is - long lived state of guilt of a person, what does limit him to enjoy his dreams, his love, his family, his life. Today 99,9% of the planet population are feeling guilty. (Eg.: Instead of peace agreement with Rusia - USA decided to appropriate Balcanic territory, invides Ukraina, kills to people inside...) The human conflicts are based on a constant unconscious believing 'I am not enough to be loved, by anyone... So, I have to fight !'. When I purchase a car - I do it with a purpose to enjoy its driving 😘 ...with me inside 😂 Who drives the car ? In case of car's missing a gasoline - will I blame the car in its unsuitability ? Will I hurt to my car cause it doesn't go without gasoline ? The guilty feeling, the belief in that 'I must to...', the excessive wish (responsability) to please the partner - leads a person to damage to that same partner. Why ? He (she), the guilty one, thinks HE IS THE CAR. He considers the joy of partner as his own value... He blames to loved body in its faults - as if they were his own 😎 Instead of supporting to the loved person in the moment of the partner's anger (pain), sad mood and other problems - a guilty lover reacts to partner by ARGUING. Actually, fighting with his love - he tries to stop his old feeling of denying to the own talents (values)... of child, loved not enough 🙄 The happiness of guilty lovers depends on partners' mood. As usual, the guilty body waits from partner the only liked by him (by that guilty one) behavior. In case of something different from the partner - he (she) feels not able to understand to his lover. 💘 We are the drivers, loved people. Our loves do want to serve to us. They don't ask for more than gasoline. My old broken car without wheels deserves to be thrown into the trash. I will not kill myself because of its accomplished mission & finished service. To get rid from being guilty (obliged to work) - we should understand and forgive to our parents (or, even more, to their ausense... if that's the case). My new car deserves my care. I will not drive it 150 km an hour in my state of drunk 💜 I will not break its windows in case of my fatigue. (The car could not understand me.) When I'm doubting (scared, suffering, etc.) - instead of the thought 'I want to die...', I start giving thanks... to my body, loved by me persons, life, God, anything - but THANKS. Then my guilty state is melting away. My thoughts change (from 'He doesn't love me' to 'He is happy'), my shoulders (chest) get up, the endorphins increase in my blood... By our thoughts & the attitude to happening - we create our destinies, dear world 💜 FORGIVE ME THANK YOU I LOVE YOU = looking to the mirror = It works, ladies & gentlemen.
