    City needs a right winger to complement Bernado. Similar to the Doku+Grealish situation.

    I played soccer in the 70s.& 80s Everything I learned was from Pele’ instructional videos….. on everything! Pele’ was bending the ball long before Beckham….” bend it like Beckham“? Why is that even a thing? The only reason current players are more impactful is because they can reach a larger audience. Messi is the goat on a global scale. But without Pele bringing soccer to the US, we wouldn’t be where we are now.

    Absolutely! Pele was a trailblazer, bending the ball long before Beckham. His influence brought soccer to the US, setting the stage for the sport's growth. While Messi is the global GOAT, we owe a lot to Pele for where soccer is today.

    Since Messi's arrival, if MLS wants to keep growing it has to transform itself from being a reiterement league to a high competition league bringing well known young promesing players .

    Totally agree! With Messi here, MLS should aim to bring in more young, promising players instead of just being a retirement league. This will help keep the competition high and the excitement growing.

    If after this other big names players come to the mls AND perform well like him and Suarez are doing not just sit back and out their feet up then it can continue this hype. If the overall quality of the games Messi brings adding to the excitement and experience keeps coming even after he retires, it will really boost things: I also think the World Cup in 2024 will be really really good too for American REAL football.

  • @Mr-MAiLA

    Top 3 footballers ever in the world are always considered to be Pele, Maradona and Messi. They all have valid claims to be number 1. The detractors used to be able to say Messi never won the World Cup, but he's now won that. For consistency, achievements and longevity at the very top then Messi must the best ever, yes better than Pele or Maradona.

    The Goat, amazing stats, however I cannot believe that a season ticket for Inter Miami, behing the goal (less vision/not the best perspective) cost about $500,- before Messi`s arrival. That to see a very mediocer team in a meriocer league that was placed near bottem of that league. In Europe, atleast where I am from, these season tickets are 1 to 2 hunderd Euro`s cheaper if you want to see a top 7 team in the league (with some exceptions ofcource)

  • @Mr-MAiLA
    @Mr-MAiLA16 күн бұрын

    You're absolutely right. The pricing for season tickets at Inter Miami seemed quite steep considering the team's performance at the time. Hopefully, with Messi's arrival and the team's development, the value for those tickets will be more justified. It's always interesting to compare sports culture and pricing between different regions!
