  Thanks Robert, I'm doing Abingdon Sunday and it certainly helps calm the nerves when you can get an idea of the course.

  Fantastic video Rob - I didn't know you had it. Caught up with you at mile 10 and it's like I've got my own personal camera man until the end. ha ha! Great running by the way!

  Well done on your time. I was way behind and the last 3 miles were horrific through SA1. All those twists and turns it was never ending.

  Yes, that's a bit I didn't like either.Hopefully next year SA1 will be more developed, so they could extend the route. Still a good event though. Definitely one for the diary.

  Great video, has taken me 5 attempts to get in. Using video as training tool on cross trainer to capture atmosphere. Have done Paris, it was good too. 🏃.
