Can't believe they used a non official LOTR logo. There should be no line underneath.

As far as the colour for the awning over the platform goes, i don't like the teal used, but i am used to Dutch stations where awnings are plane and boring :P (in colour at least, some older stations are built with beautifull wrought iron) So i have a lot of difficulty coming up with a better colour choise to pick as what would be my opinion. Thank you for the review! It sounds openminded and honest.

The camera looks to be inspired by a lot of 80s SLR cameras like the Nikon FM and the Fujica ST series. With a boxy, small and very nostalgic aesthetic, these are absolutely timeless product designs to take inspiration from, and they've nailed the translation into lego wonderfully!

This is a stand alone in my opinion

I have just finished building this set and there are two things I want to say. 1) Pictures and videos do not do it's size justice. The thing is massive! 2) If you shine a light underneath it in the front it looks like the lava around the entrance is really glowing!

I made sure to buy two of every set because I could see every single one of these appreciating very high in value.

These sets also appreciate and value like crazy.

This station is so much easier to fit in a city than studgate

I think the dining room definitely rubs me the wrong way. Feels like an orc frat house. They’ve done amazing interiors in the past and this one was a complete miss for the price. It’s a tall tower, it should have tall ceilings. Better 1-2 large rooms than 3 small ones.

I love how the bus stop has 211b on it, which is the number on the tiny Lego London bus from couple years ago, and coincidently Sherlock Holmes' house address number

Which is the height of every single section of the tower? Maybe I can place it splitted in 2 or 3 in my bookcase
