A channel for old bits of TV. Probably. My other channel SQUIDSSVIDS is for stuff I've shot myself or edited myself, whereas this one is old TV clips - probably not available to buy anywhere.
Mostly sourced from my old VHS collection and tided up where possible!

What are the sources for this? Really well out together is it just the hammersmith and apollo shows?
Most of it is Hammersmith. There is also the Apollo shows as one track she didn’t do at Hammersmith plus I added some Apollo in for Withering Heights. Saxophones Song visuals are partially Sweden. I can’t remember now if included anything else - apart from Egypt I had to use Manchester audio as Hammersmith microphone was faulty. It took a while and I made it before the Manchester full footage was available.

There were wireless headphone mikes in 1979? But anyway, I'm really old and I can tell you that was profoundly revolutionary at the time. And her quality of song writing, movement, and performance still is today. Nobody like her then and nobody like her since.

It’s the melody to Oh England My Lionheart - I assume it was recorded at the rehearsals ? Sounds like recorders to me , not flutes. Maybe it’s something they were going to use in the live shows but didn’t in the end.

I very much doubt it. Kate is more likely to release the 2014 concerts which were shot multiple times in HD. But we are still waiting for that 10 years later.

Yes, majority of this was taken from the only source available which was a single camera recording. Only certain songs were ever released on a VHS only and those are the ones that have the multi camera angles . Presumably the other angles that were shot are still in a vault or wiped.
