Absolutely love the movie, "High Strung" ! Fell in love with it the first time I saw it! The music and all the different dance genres are fantastic! I put my tap shoes on and tried to learn some of the steps when Ruby, April, Jazzy, and one more danced on the tables in the bar all the while listening to that amazing violin music and drums!!! Can't sit still when watching; LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! the "Switch Steps" too!!!❣❣❣❣🩰🎼🥁🎻
I love the second high strung free dance but the original is my favorite

We had this in the theatre when I worked as a projectionist. Very small release; came and went in a week. I found out what it was when we had a dance school rent out the showing, and one of the teachers told me the lights in the theatre came on too soon at the film’s end. So that night I went to the projection booth and played the last 15 minutes to watch the lights. Let’s just say the ending dance number was so spectacular that I completely forgot to check the lights, and had to play it a second time! This has since become a favorite movie of mine.
