What diameter mono do you use to make weed guards? For example, what would you use for a Size 6 streamer vs 1/0 saltwater fly to bounce off coral in Hawaii?

Where is the 'like' button on this video? Good video, fly seems more complicated than needed but I am sure it will catch Reds. Like your version of the Midnight clouser better. Great job! Enjoyed this.

Jesse, I realize it’s a load of work, but please make a longer video - something with some fly fishing action that you know is a bit crazy and set into a nice peaceful glide of a video. Quick views of some family stuff, tying the fly, preparing the boat and equipment, some of the ride to destination, launch, motoring out, fly selection and knot tying, then sighting the quarry, the cast, the hook up, the landing, the photo op, the camaraderie and so on… Some nice music to emphasize the moments shared with your viewers setting the mood and tempo that whisks us away and along for the ride. I’m staying tuned. And why do my hands smell like fish?…

We fished last March and the Machuka “dry fly” fishing was amazing. Loved it, very unique but they fight hard. Love the howlers creating the hatch for us

Very difficult to fly fish from the kayak in the ocean in these scenarios. In most cases here we throw poppers with spinning gear.

Nice video! Excellent editing which made the video move along and keep the viewer interested! I like the idea of synthetic materials because they don't absorb the water and become too heavy to cast. I like to pike fish and I can see how the same approach could be used to make flies twice as long!
