  Crazy as it is. Sport mode is only making your throttle more responsive, and my maxima is faster out of sport mode, shifts better and in powerband

  Honestly a little lighter on the take off, let it rev out 2nd and you could reach 60 a little quicker… still impressive. Had a buddy who ran a mobile detailing business out of one of these. Once all the seats are down, it’s got loads of room and it’s pretty quick as well. We had lots of fun in that thing as it was also his first car.

  WHAT WAS THAT? First issue with CVT, shifting at 6K, rpms should drop to 4300 rpms. Nissans CVTs shift worst then Hondas

  I know people dont like the CVT me included. But it is not only more efficient it can make underpowered engines that good gas mileage driveable. I had few rentals with a cvt and sent you gst into the throttle you are already in a ratio that is in the poweband. When done correctly they are lightdr, more efficient and get you into the powerband quickly. The nissan Maxima is a good example. They are not slow and they use a chain vs a belt. CVT transmissions are not like the past they have finally figured them out the majority of the early issues were cooling, pullies being too far apart and tuning.

  These are definitely not slow. I had a 2022 Chrysler 300 S rental which is just the luxury Charger and it would jump up to 130mph no problem. I would take this over a bland overstressed turbocharged 4 cylinder. Nice video.

  Yup, at 6500rpm it kicks in, that’s why there was a slight pause in rpm
