How do you combine the usage of reminders and notes together? I’ve found myself reentering what I have in my calendar into my reminders, like upcoming plans etc. I feel like I’m confusing myself 🫢😂

You do realize you can you use your apple watch to take pics and such. You can set up your phone. Then use your apple watch as a remote to take pics and record videos.

If you type into google “mindset is your best power” then click onto images scroll down a bit and it is there as someone’s instagram post if you hold down on the photo it’ll let you save to your camera roll. I hope that helps 🤞🏼🤍

This was such a relaxing vlog to watch and you definitely explained journaling/meditation so well, I feel you, I feel my mind is always in overloading mode and I’d really love to start journaling but without prompts my mind is blank and I’ve put it off for so long. I’d love if you started to do journaling vlogs with us and how to use the journal app. I’ve found cleaning helps me mentally too as I struggle with anxiety and it gives me that boost to get up. Ive followed your KZread from near enough the beginning and want you to know that I am so proud of you and how far you’ve came with your recovery, you should be incredibly proud of yourself too. Your amazing and such an inspiration to others who have gone through the same and most importantly an amazing role model to Raiah, you’ve shown so much strength and determination and it’s 100% made you who you are today and it is so beautiful to see you as the best version of yourself. I have watched it more then 3x and every time i find out a new cool detail.
