  Lakini hii school fees kwa watoto wadogo or primary, ambayo nasikia ni free ni nini. Cz mimi huona kwa prog. km hizi, wazazi wakisema kuhusu school fees etc. Ni nini sielewi? Au waliondoa school fees, lakini wakaleta mambo disguised km building funds, this fund and that fund... Si niheri hata zamani, parents used to pay school fees, na bas; mambo yanaisha.
