  The most thing that hurt me is that all the couples at the end were happy and had a happy life unless jung hwan he was lonley, really every time that i remember jung hwan and deok seon my heart breaks into million pieces when i knew that she has a husband i was a 100% sure that it will be jung hwan because they showed it to us as if it's jung hwan but sadly it was not,i feel like every person thet have watched reply 1988 was not happy about it but at least they are together in real life✨

  This movie hit me to the core. the bond they all share with their friends and the positive relationship they had in their neighborhood.And, the secret crush they had on Deok sun, I feel pity for Jung hwan and feels he deserved more. My heart unease and sentimental for weeks after seeing this movie.

  Kanon was a big gateway anime for me for slice of life and more grounded, sentimental stories (which is what most Key works are), and I can remember finding this AMV shortly after watching it, which also opened a door for enjoying what AMVs offer.   My sweet lips was heart broken and I can't get over this. I would have caught on to his love from that bus scene. I wish she was as aggressive in reciprocating how she felt to him the way they both bullied each other. It would have allowed him to know he could have made that step. Both were afraid to confess it. They were so accustomed to bullying each other.
