3200 for the 07 750 atv, 2200 bpracing kit to rebuild with new jugs and pistons crank rods.. 1500 to a engine builber. 1k on tires and wheels. But the Snorkel radiator relocation hmf all came on it.. i bought. epi kit.. new/used primary clutch.. racing computer.. few small parts.. Buy a fuel injection bike that's my only advice for tuning.. plus they have power steering

I have the same clutch kit. Iv put over 1000 miles on it. I did it myself, and I'm more than happy with it... I think this guy just doesn't know what he's doing with his clutches...

The sheeves had deep grooves.. I got another used clutch that was much better.. and the main point kinda was don't use any other belt except kawasaki and a epi clutch kit.. isn't the same as clutch work from v force john.. he claims 93mph on a stock bike.. from the ground up is good also.. they claim to be even better... we are well rounded in the off road world... but I'm definitely learning a few things along the way

@@bikesforlife16 have u ever seen a gates carbon belt blew up... it looks like one of those cat tails exploded... are you running a kawasaki... your the very first person to say it's good.. if you ever need one I bought 3 from O'Reilly auto parts... they warranty... and I changed the clutch plus went with a kawasaki belt... between the 2 I have fixed our 2hr belt problem...

@Yeti Racing Yeah, I got a 08 brute 750.iv heard people criticize g Force Belts, but iv never had bad luck with them... I will wash my belts when I get them to get rid of any factory dust or impurities, then I'll touch up my clutches with Scotch Brite... but I assume you'd do that, too. So I don't think that should make a difference tho

would you reccomend getting a brute, honda, or can am? my mechanic told us to stay away from can am, not sure why. We do lots of water and mud riding,, my grizlly couldn't handle it

Strongest and cheapest is honda... kawasaki is great only buy newer.. Can am is the best for power and accessories but it cost the most.. None of them are bad choices.. just buy a snorkel kit

I bought used a arms.. to fix some sloppy front end parts.. beefy tierods.. I think there is a bearing on the bottom of the steering stem.. my stem moves up and down a little bit to much

I bought a better used oem primary clutch on ebay for 185.. it had no grooves in the sheves.. epi pink spring... nothing special.. only use kawasaki belts.. only kawasaki bearings... spend a tiny more 1 time.. instead of parts breaking hours after you put them on for less money

For 1 machine 1 color.. tank can come off buy another 1 around 2500 idk.. unit only comes with 6in shoe.. you need 2 buy 4in 8in 10in 12in shoe.. each are around 1k each... hard way.. 1 machine 2 tanks 1 set of shoes.. you need 2 machines and a supply trailer buy used.. stay away from aluminum shoes.. don't take my word on that part.. but Graco has steel shoes..I like the machine and personally don't do much thermo.. I'm a subcontractor.. I use my own equipment and other people's on there projects.. buy graco and you get a great product 👌

I've owned a striping company for 10 years. Planning on buying a Thermolazer 300tc and breaking into the thermo industry. Any advice?

Use several street sings to empty them out on after your done even use a scraper 90% clean.. try not to leave a lot in the tank so fill up with just enough to finish the job.. this make start up easier..faster.. no headaches.. first start up.. head the shoe spary all moving parts with pb blaster .. fire no big deal.. just don't play to much.. once its hot open and close it a few times.. fill up the shoe line up the shoe.. move the pointer or bend it some.. you will go straight.. it feels like it wants to go right.. us the pointer and you will kill it.. buy a supply trailer or truck with kettles.. 2 handlers.. then you will make 💰

Use several street sings to empty them out on after your done even use a scraper 90% clean.. try not to leave a lot in the tank so fill up with just enough to finish the job.. this make start up easier..faster.. no headaches.. first start up.. head the shoe spary all moving parts with pb blaster .. fire no big deal.. just don't play to much.. once its hot open and close it a few times.. fill up the shoe line up the shoe.. move the pointer or bend it some.. you will go straight.. it feels like it wants to go right.. us the pointer and you will kill it.. buy a supply trailer or truck with kettles.. 2 handlers.. then you will make 💰
