Sadly no. They tried multiple tech visits but it didn’t work. Continued to leak. Chrysler did nothing and didn’t to offer to swap. Had to get a lemon lawyer, who made them refund all payments, I handed it back in and went to Honda.

Looks like the early year models had a lot of issues. We have a 2020 limited and no issues at all.

This was 2 months after purchase of a 2019 so not much older than yours. Glad yours is good!

@@kristynandrich we’ll actually it is. 2020 and 2021 they did a bunch of fixes and improvements.

We're having the same trouble with our 2017 touring model... were they able to find and fix the problem for you?

I’m so sorry to hear. No they did not figure it out. It was hell. We found the CEO’s email address and wrote a letter, also tweeted this video to them. They got back to us and sent a tech out to our local area. They couldn’t figure it out. They gave us an offer…. I didn’t want an offer, I want the car fixed or replaced. We ultimately had to go to a lemon lawyer. The lawyer took it from there. Finally got them to accept a return, they refund me every payment I made from the start, and we went out to get a new minivan from Honda instead. You have to be very annoying with the process, unfortunately.

@@kristynandrich thanks so much for getting back to me. Sorry it was such an ordeal! It's my dad's Pacifica and my husband is trying to figure it out. The dealership has the back end stripped down to the metal and removed the rear seats. He's is working on finding the leak this week.

Me too! 2019 Pacifica Hybrid Limited. I first noticed it about a year ago and assumed I had done something wrong. Mopped it up and ignored it. It wasn's as bad as yours; only a small puddle above the carpet in the cargo well, but including what soaked into the carpet it added up to at least couple of gallons. Yesterday, I emptied out the cargo well to get my spare tire out (which I had to buy separately!), and there was about 3/4 of an inch in there. No WAY was it my fault again. The only possibility I could see was a small square hole in the bottom of the frame, behind the rear tire. Conceivably, the tire could be splashing water in there, and conceivably that frame member is open to the cargo well in some way. I put some aluminum tape over it to see, but I'm doubtful that could be the source.@@kristynandrich

Definitely not you Mark, hope that was the fix for you! It’s frustrating because when there’s a manufacturer’s defect you just want the company to fix or replace and the only way we got it done unfortunately was with a Lemon law lawsuit
