I'm no expert but I thought raw lead almost always caused fouling thus necessitating proper barrel cleanout after every session. Unless the barrels are manufactured with a defect, like they tighten up at the end or somewhere else...bore not consistent???
Why not just add a Cheek Riser to the GG&G mount, is it that high that it sits uncomfortably low in the shoulder?
Love my Walkers! A common reason for shooting low is "milking" the trigger causing the front of the firearm to point down and thus the shot going low. If that is a reason for you then grip and trigger control should fix it! Have a great day!
I bought one..... stainless.... Never put 1 round down the barrel. Had it replaced with a Schilling Target Match Bull Barrel. I like the charging handle better....it shoots cleaner....and I can drop hogs and coyotes in a run at 250 yards easily. Drop em like swatting flies 😂😂 Love this thing..!!!❤ Had a Bushmaster .223 Bull Barrel Flat Top Shorty......liked it alot......but I'm keepin the Ruger 😊😊😊
The cuts in the chamber are fluting for more reliable extraction. We would use a special single point tool, and run the turret into the chamber on the Z axis to make straight cuts. We also had no reliable way of measuring the depth of the cuts, so consistency was out the window.
Nice good fitting belts but they eventually fray badly til you cant wear them anymore thats what happened to all 3 of my Nexsbelts. Need to improve quality.
Thank you for your honesty. Awesome video. Good job.
Just got the fde version and i literally put 1000 rds from magtec, blazers CCi, wichesters and federal and only had 3 failures of ejections from CCi blazers but all 115 most need 124 to break in a new gun but this thing feeds anything hands down a great carbine for a everyday Carry back pack and ccdw
there has been studies showing that your likely to get a shorter sentence if you kill some one with a mini 14 and a wood stock
He would have maybe utilized the rest Edit: Eastcoast guy makes you smile
Another excellent review!!! Thank you
Thanks a lot brother…. Now I own 2 because of your review!!! Nicely done and very thorough.
How does it effect the slide serrations as far a handling? Do it make the slide slippery/harder to rack?
@@bubbalawrence1 definitely slippery when applied... But it came off perfectly
The Trigger is Right On ⚠️ Ur finger by no means belongs in the Trigger Guard ! ! ! Absolutely Not , Ur Finger belongs on the Outside for Safety ! ! ! We All Know That ! When your finger gose Inside the Guard .....Means You Hav INTENT ! ! ! THEREFORE That is when you Push The Safety OFF And then your Finger is In Ready Position Because YOU HAV INTENT ! ! ! GREAT DESIGN 👍
@@randolphserpa7610 I would rather have my safety off before I stick my finger inside the guard. No need to manipulate anything other than the trigger when inside the guard. I think you just made my point...
Will this work for a tokarev bullypup 12 gauge semi-automatic?
@@kbliving3574I guess you would use the charging handle with the semi auto...
OK, The 223 is the/or most popular cartridge in the US. Several generations grew up on a AR platform and it's the most popular. Older Myself, prefer a more classical firtearm look. M14, M1 carabine looks appeal to me. BUT I would get the 7.62x39. Mini 30. Old like bigger bores. For Hunting about the same ballitics as the 30-30 Win
No es un arma para principiantes. Tiene el retroceso muy fuerte, se requiere entrenar con armas más grandes previamente
Is there one for 22 magnum
You'd have to research it but I guarantee you can find one
How does your p365 xl sit flush with your frame ?
Seems about perfect... Can't see what else it would be.
@@OuterLimitless2 Thanks for responding back 👍! So the slide is the xl and the frame is a x macro? I have a stock xl and I want my slide to be flush with the frame…
@@brianrey501 no... The slide and frame are XL... In other words the fire control unit and slide are both XL. The grip module is x macro.
Hello, thank you for this very interesting video. What brand is your shoulder holster? Is it practical for combat? Thanks to this video, I bought the XL and I will gradually turn it into a TacOps, only the slide button is missing. Greetings from Guatemala.
That shoulder holster is by Versacarry. I would suggest Aliengear has a better holster for this handgun. I'm not certain about combat.
I field strip, inspect and clean it before i put any rounds through it.
Stumbled on one of your videos regarding ruger magazine’s failure to eject, similar story but with glock mag… btw great work keep going
I have had slightly better luck with my Glock mag versus the Ruger mag. But we'll see how long term testing goes
Might i suggest gunfightersinc, i feel as though youll feel alot more comfortable with the entire setup
What pants?
Those are by Helikon Tex. I have a video about them

The first bolt had thread lock on it , and I’m a bit confused, I have a PCC ,along with many other rifles, what was that debris that was all over the inside of the gun didn’t appear to look like gunpowder to me it looks more like sand or something , I’ve never experienced that before. I think it’s bad amo . But I love the videos, your a great help . I just love to hear folks talk about guns .
It was unspent gunpowder...almost like a round split in the gun. Is was very strange!
I’m a bit bummer. I have a few handguns, s&w shield 9mm and a Glock 21 45acp but I wanted a less expensive.22 to plink targets with the wife and kids. I got the sig p322 and have had problems with jamming. I don’t think the 9mm or Glock has ever jammed. I’ve ran well over a 1000 rounds and sometimes the sig is true…: but sometimes it jams with every mag. My wife lives to shoot it but gets frustrated. Might have to ditch this one. 🤷♂️
The P322 is definitely a funny gun... It has some oddities for sure.
Calling it a clip bothers the hell out of me
You got a slightly longer sight radius AND the bullets leave the barrel a little faster. Other than the gun bag, you got a better deal. Keep the metal parts oiled.👍👍👍👍
I've come to love this as it is...
Great video. Thank you. I downloaded the exploded view of the components as well. Between the two resources I was able to disassemble and reassemble.
Awesome! I'm glad it worked! Thanks for watching!
I get stovepipes on last cartridge in the mags. The mag follower is a bit lower than the feed ramp. After 4,500 rounds, the ejector block springs needed cleaning by my gunsmith.
Hey, great review! I appreciate the detail. The comparison using candela measurements was really revealing. Very useful set of side-by sides, also. Nice work!
At approximately 7 minutes he says the only difference between the A and the X is the battery. From what I've read, the A is not designed for the rechargeable battery and could damage the electronics if one is used. No idea if that's actually true, just passing on what I've read.
You can order a Vedder Pocket Locker with a thumb tab to keep release the gun from the holster. You can also order the holster with a curve to fit your leg.
I use a belly band holster for activities which make carrying things in my pockets or even on my belt a burden too great to accept. Mainly, I use my belly band holster for long days in the saddle on my bicycle or at the gym or when walking to the grocery store. Also, I really hate things weighing my shorts or pants down... and I prefer wearing shorts when I'm off the clock. The downsides to belly band holsters are the sweat factor and retention designs.
I would suggest attaching a cell phone mount to the camera as you would to an eyepiece when taking photos through the eyepiece, then you can just turn the phone to the side and problem solved. You get bigger mounts - check the SV214.
Nobody cares how it looks ! We wanna know glass clarity
can it keep my ar with surefire flashlight on the side Rail ?
Where’s PT. 2?
I have six different Nexbelts, to include the XL “duty” width… When o appendix carry, I place the buckle on the left hip, so that nothing but open belt is in front. Make carrying holster w/ sidecar or extra mag easy, regardless of buckle size.
Being that you kept metioning you only had 2 mags im thinking your doing this to get freebies. Pretty sure their going to want you to be safe with your firearm first. But 🤷♂️
This video reminds me of a guy did a diy video on how to do a paint correction on a car that the sun had already ate away the clear coat.. Guy sands for a few and then sprays it with clear. Thought he had done a fine job. All he did was make it smooth for clear. Paint looked the same as when he started with fresh coat of clear😅😅😅😅. Point being is before you do a how to or dyi you need to know how to or dyi before hand! Wasnt the worst though. Give it a 3 of 5
MF holds tight to the gun have to play tug of war for my weapon lol . Fits good tho from jeans to basketball shorts
@@Irongiant337 it's definitely solid retention...I like that is light bearing
Thanks for making the video, good content! Could I trouble you to perform a 300 yard test on a target?
What happened to the mount part which was already done?
So what’s the difference between the Tlr-7 X Sub?
To improve the video, the sear spring and trigger spring if you edit and put a closeup on that it would relieve some stress lol. I'm sure I saved time by watching the video but the .1125 seconds you see the trigger before pinning it down helps knowing how those go back together
Tapco USA makes perfectly functioning mags for this gun synthetic I believe
Very nice set up...inwouldnt worry about it being the 18.5 version it's not a back pack gun really anyways...go with a folding PC for back packs....love the mini 14..great video..I liked and subscribed
@@jetstreamx15 thank you... Glad you have you aboard! This has been great. I got over the longer barrel pretty quickly
why a tripod on a pcc
