You find the coolest spots bro. I never had a chance to hit the Mojave, and I was there close by my whole life. Now I’m in the Houston area. Might do Sam Houston forest but these storms closed the roads.
I want to sleep in a hammock full time inside , but I can't find a safe stand.
I considered the berry bushes nothing more than a weed. Now I’ve got a whole crop of them popping up. Guess I’ll be harvesting and making some goodie with them now.

This comedic video short is posted in memory of my son Jonathan. He narrated while I held the camera. Enjoy the laughter. One of the last things Jonathan said to me before he passed 4 years ago was, "Dad, I look forward to camping with you when get better ... we had a lot of fun."
Yessir Your viewers miss Johnathan as well. The videos yall made together were enjoyable and I've watched each one several times. Always enjoyed the cooking he liked to do, and your campouts together. I would have loved to been able to camp and such with my own father the way yall did. The hiking and banana bread show or the bicycle/sketching trip would probably be my favorite. I've gotten a lot of enjoyment out of all the Ken Kramm/Bear/ Johnathan/Bob Outdoors-Gourmet /Bob808/Ken Kramm Christmas /1800's style camping videos that I've watched Always look forward to many more yet to come ❤

This can totally save life. Underrated by some people. Personally speaking in anorthern utah experience i hadin augden i would say have ore than one bag make sure its thethicker ones andit doesnthave any holes because it keeps your heat in it turnone into a poncho or something if you feel like walking in the wind it can prevent the colder from wind. If you like have a wallet stolen and stuff qnditsnifht time amd stores are closed or you cant be insode if you find a dumpster and you dump trash bags thrown away out thwn turn the bag inside out so your wearing the clean part. Been there. Almost froze to death one night and i couldnt remember somonetold me about bags and there all around in dumpsters. Maybe have a blanket to havein the bag too it keeps heat in the bag its like a thin waterproof sleeping bag

To cross rivers and plant the pole on the ground so your stuff don't get wet being on the ground.....this is genius
it's not a super bloom i ve been hiking all over, this year blooming is not a superbloom, it's minimal , it's blooming but definitely very few and scare patchy area at most. i was very disspointed.

God bless you , I’m 63 and can not sit cross legged let alone knees flat to ground. I had a serious back injury at work at 40 then again at age 53. Spinal fusion of L-4 , L-5 , S-1 Putting socks on and cutting toe nails is impossible some days. Great to see you still going strong , I’ve been following you for quite some time. Do you still have your Jacklore knife from Sandy ?
