  I do have stutters every 5 seconds and 25fps in MP (over 100 in Zombies and Campaign)... its pathetic.

  This is exactly what happens to me, and I tested it with steam offline and then it was perfect, no problems whatsoever, the game was running perfectly.

  Also for anyone wondering, it's a not a system issue, I have a rtx 3060 and 30+ gigs of ram.. and it still studders.. and my pc is more than capable of running it.

  i installed the community patch and that fixed my problems with stutters,but with the patch enabled,my gpu temperatures are going up to 80 degrees

  @@dwizzle7058 just extract the downloaded file in the main bo3 folder,run it before running the game and keep the patch running in the background while you are playing.

  Have you figured this out? I have a ROG Strix g531gt gaming laptop. And it seems like it should be able to handle this game. But frames keep going everywhere from 40-70 when I’m in the main menu though I get like 100-300 somehow. And this is after making the game look like crap in the config files and in game settings

  Yesterday I had steam and cod bo3 open and it was running fine. 144 fps and upward. Today I have steam and cod bo3 open and on any map I get 30 fps why? I don’t know same settings btw. help me specs: 16 gb ram 3060 GeForce rtx and a i9

  I have all dlcs installed and get stutter in the menus in 5 second intervals. Thanks to Steam checking for DLC... every 5 seconds. I have 64 gb of RAM, 7950X cpu, a 7900XTX, and this stutter is still noticeable (in the menus, I mean). The new update broke the MXT menu that fixed the FPS stutter issue and also Shiversoftdevs T7 patch that prevented people being able to join your private game sessions and getting your IP, it also fixed the FPS issue by having steam check for DLC every 10 minutes instead of every 5 seconds. They did the bare minimum by fixing the RCE exploits and nothing else

  yeah i use to use the plain mxt menu to fix the stutters. never used any of the options in it as i would rather play the game normally but now that it no longer works i need to find new ones which i trust less and have way more options that i dont want to end up accidently using it. If they were going to do an update on bo3 they could have fixed the stuttering because its such an annoying problem if i spend tons of time in the menu choosing mods or custom maps or even normal maps to play when 90% of the time is spent on the stutters and not even choosing a map

  There is a fix that stops most of the stuttering, but it might take up more storage space than before. It's simple - you have to install campaign, multiplayer, and zombies. If you have those 3 parts of the game installed, the stuttering will be gone when online. You can install any DLC you want, but you need those 3 parts if you want to stop the "1 stutter per second" problem.

  @@SHR1 You're welcome, and thank you for making this video and trying that fix. On my PC, there are still some very, very short stutters every 5 seconds, but it's still a lot better than the longer, more frequent stutters from the past. I hope there will be more official patches, but I'm not expecting it. Today's official BO3 patch is a welcome surprise.
