  Purchased this at BBD Flipkart. The package was delivered by delhivery and the fan protector upon arrival seemed to be cracked. Didn't thought of returning it since it's not a major issue. However enquired with kortex customer care via WhatsApp if it will cause any cooling problem or so. They simply asked for the invoice and within a few hours informed me that the part had been couriered by them through Amazon at my address. I was shocked by this move. Never thought about asking them for the part since it was totally not their fault and neither did I purchase it from their website. Can truly guarantee that it's a very customer friendly company and everyone should buy from them. The machine is absolutely wonderful in all aspects

  Worst product. Today I have recieved the washer model -B5D and it is not working.. no outlet coming from gun even keeping the gun trigger on for 15 minutes. What will be the root cause?

  *Worked great **Bestfor.Garden** also recommend my 2017 2800 Pressure washer, quieter than the original pump which I replaced only because it cracked after replacing the pressure valve. 3 bolts, aligned it and made sure the magnet inside fit. I put a picture of the original and the new one installed.*
