Hey there! Looks like your problem is related to the camera tracking directly in VTube Studio. I would suggest checking out our tutorial starting at 1:16. Make sure you’ve picked the right camera, turned on camera tracking, and done the calibration. Also, lighting can be too dim or too bright in your room for the camera to have proper tracking, so make sure it's not your case. If you’re still having this problem after trying everything above, don’t hesitate to contact our support directly on our website.

For our widgets, we sometimes use After Effects to animate design elements created in Photoshop or Illustrator. However, since it’s an interactive widget, programming in lancguages such as JS is what gets the job done.

Hey! Thanks for your question. Just to clarify, this widget only shows what song is playing-it doesn't play any music itself. You could still get flagged if you play copyrighted music on your stream, so make sure to use songs you have permission to use. Hope that helps!

Hello, I'm trying to open the .URL file for streamelements import, but it doesnt work. I'm trying to import the SHAPE alert box actually, i'm on MAC. Any workaround ?

The fastest workaround is to open that .URL file with a notepad (or any other text editor), copy the URL from it and paste it directly to your browser :)

Hey there! Unfortunately OBS Studio is far less stable on Mac OS so there are few additional steps that you need to take (but don’t worry, it will take you 2-3 minutes). Please check this article from our help center to get started: help.kudos.tv/article/101-adding-overlays-on-mac

Heh there! Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry for the inconvenience, I’d be happy to help you! The most common cause of this problem is that your overlay's folder wasn't extracted directly to the C:/ drive. Just extract the archive with your files directly(!) to the root folder of your C:/ drive, import your OBS scene files from there, and everything will work straight away. In case you're still having issues feel free to get in touch, and we'll do our best to help you!
