  Thank you. It comes with experience, sense of animation and understanding basic principles. For guides, I believe there are lots of different tutorials and articles out there.

  Thanks! Of course not all of them. For example, with product rendering they usually have CAD files. In general, it's always a mix, sometimes it's more reasonable to buy a model than making it yourself.
