Hi .... I have broken a valve on my AC 11 and am trying to identify it to purchase another. Looking in the back of radio it is the far left rear valve. Could you advise on the number if the valve please.
@richfish10125 күн бұрын
Hi, I’m no engineer I’m afraid, but I have a manual that lists 5 valve types used. They are: UCH42, UF41, UBC41, UL41, and UY41. Hope this may help, and thanks for watching😁

@@richfish101 thanks .... I got hold of the service data and identified the broken valve. Ordered a new one, so hopefully will arrive soon.

This model was the best you could have at home in the 90s. Because of guilt of my parents, they never let me, not even paying for it with my first job. I had a Panasonic camcorder and I wanted it to edit. I had to settle for a Sony VHS, which had nothing to do with it

Back in the mid-90's I had an editing system that was made up of a Panasonic NV-FS200B and NV-F77B linked with an edit controller that used the 5pin remote sockets to control the 2 machines. The FS200 with it's TBC was the player for stuff shot on my S-VHS camcorder and the F-77 was the editing recorder but it was VHS only.

besides the BBC Radio 4 sample, the tapes apparentlly include recordings of shortwave broadcasts. Do you intend to digitalise some old reel to reel recordings? It got interesting when you showed your reel to reel recorder, but nothing was done with it. I hope the DCC could be refurbished. It's surface doesn't look in good shape, with many scratches visible upon close up.

Hi thanks for watching and listening. The tapes are location recordings of Atmos or wild tracks in India. The Grundig reel to reel is just being used as a monitor, I have a video of that machine too.
