Been to the Caverns twice and enjoyed it both times. Was unable to watch the bats though :) The trip down is such a knee killer! lol

We only made it to the 2nd battle but it was over a 2 day period and 4 ppl having to do each thing plus waiting on other people so approximately 4-5hrs of active playing accumulative

They have tons of ears. These ones are the waterpark ears bc I can’t find my sparkly ones 😂. Lennox has the birthday ears, these ones, and some princess ones. Wrigley has these in blue and triceratops ones

It took us about 4hrs to make it down and through. We took the elevator back up. Theres no way the kids could have done the 4hrs back up and out of the cave. It was a STEEP downgrade going in

Just curious if you are having the kids do what we call travel journals. My grandma used to do them on her trips after she married her second husband and I loved reading them. She had pictures she had taken and drawn since she was an artist as well as postcards. She made notes and detailed descriptions.

Don’t forget you are higher than 4000 feet in elevation! New Mexico has the largest beach in the world-but no ocean:)

I mean, we’re from Vegas which is 2000ft and we travel the west coast quite a bit but yes, still higher than we’re used to on a daily basis
