  Hey girl, just a heads up if they prescribed any topical creams with steroids, ask and opt into steroid free creams if you will be using them. There is a condition called TSW (topical steroid withdrawal) and it can also cause issues even with having a pretty clean diet

  It's a heat protectant by Ion but it's also pretty moisturizing so I use it even when Im not using heat.

  Oh no 😫! After this video I used it again with the Nairobi foam and that works well for when you need a stronger hold. I hope this helps ❤️

  It's been raining out here so I'm right there with you! I find that the strips are better when you're in a hurry because they're very thin. The scarf seems to take longer to dry.

  I love these videos,you helping a sister out😊.. I have a question,and I can't find 1 video about it. I'm hearing about using , coconut oil, Olaplex 0 ( After drying) and now oil for your ends. Is this to stop it from being processed if you get relaxer on your ends?

  Hey! I always forget and put the relaxer on my whole head so I was told putting oil on the ends would keep it from over processing. I hope that helps 💕
