Depois de assistir ao video do inicio ao fim, concluí que essa casa não tem alvenaria nem no banheiro e nem na cozinha. Aí pergunto: como é que pode? Temos casas pré fabricadas de madeira aqui no Brasil com essas partes de banheiro e cozinha em alvenaria e ficam muito boas.. Tudo bem, é outro clima, outras culturas mas aqui ficam ótimas muitas dessas casas... Com todo o respeito...

Worst sub-assembly I have ever seen!! Wire mesh sagging with huge gaps in the overlap, insulation with massive gaps in the base side against the OSB (ALL insulation should be fitted tight with NO gaps.

Germans used to build real solid houses made of brick,mortar, concrete slabs, and insulations . This looks like a big down grade !

У меня дом с утеплением эковатой, окна в пол и холодный чердак. Стены 30см потолок 50см, причем эковата потолка имеет доступ в стены и осыпается туда,ткогда вата в стенах усаживается. А она реально усаживается, поначалу 5-10см в год. Причем лично задувал с высокой плотностью. Поэтому при такой технологии как этот дом верх стен 10-15см и верхушка крыши будет вообще без утеплителя. И под окнами он осядет. Шняга полная , короче говоря.

Изначально антиреклама для дома)) На нем написано продам, а дом ещё не построен, сразу понятно строят тяпляп)) И заголовок вторая антиреклама, Самый недорогой деревянный дом. Что это значит? Самый не качественный, из дешёвых стройматериалов, собран низкооплачиваемыми неквалифицированными рабочими? Да уж))) Больше слов нет. А нет. Мои соболезнования покупателю дома.
