Hello everyone, my name is DGYmon! This is your every day average gaming channel... but with a twist!
...Actually, yeah, this is just an average gaming channel.
Currently, I do not own any cameras that can be used as a face cam, though I recently began using a microphone to record commentary. Once I get a better camera I might do some non-gameplay videos showing off some of my other hobbies, like art, cooking, etc.
I'm not really super consistent in terms of uploads, as I do have a fairly busy life outside of KZread. At the end of the day, please remember this is just a hobby of mine, and that a lot of things are of a higher priority to me than this channel (school, family, work, that kind of stuff). So, please bear with me for now, since after all;
I'm just a guy who's a gamer for fun.

Hello I'm going to try this strat thank u but also I just wanted to say what my strat was before doing this so I would only stay on the freezer cam and if he came in from there u would need to stand still and also if he came from cam 6 you would need to shut off a camera because all stand still characters enter through freezer and all cam characters enter through cam 6

why does mechabird keep exploding and killing me on the last stage (heat overloading section)?
You have a set amount of time to beat him before he explodes, so you have to be fast during that section. The good news is that you only have to hit him a few times to end the fight.

Something to keep in note: I believe (from my experience) that hourglass can't use the same method twice in a row.
So basically you just ignore where the face and goofy spawn and focused on cam 3 and 4, if his not on 3 or 4 and spawn in your office stand still or turn off and when he appears in cam 3 and 4 and goes to the office and turn off a camera

I can't tell what's more cringe: The amount of time I spent making the thumbnail for this video, or the fact that it took about as long to make as the video itself (footage-wise)

Considering the fact that Breath Hourglass (Ace/Und) and Face Hourglass (it's in the name) do not punish if you do the other one's mechanic before doing it correctly (e.g. stand still THEN turn off lights if FHG appears), there are a lot of strategies to beating Night 6. Yours is obviously one of them, with CAM3 and CAM4 being the possible starting points of Cam Hourglass (PNM/Imp/Osw). Another is checking CAM5 (Ace start), CAM8 (Und start) and CAM9 (Face start) for signs of BHG and FHG. The easiest one imo is checking for any signs of CHG on CAM6, since only CHG goes there (PNM, Imp and Osw never bother to use the 'CAM2 directly to office' path from my experience). Lastly, for the same reason as checking CAM6, you can keep checking CAM2. If Hourglass never goes into CAM2 before entering the office, it's FHG. If Hourglass appears there and INSTANTLY goes to your office, it's likely BHG. If it takes a bit for him to enter the office after he leaves CAM2, it's a safe bet that it's CHG. And if you're playing on an old version of the game, you can also do all three at once in hopes that he goes away. By far the worst one though, as A) it's been patched, making Hourglass instantly attack you if you shut off a camera on BHG or FHG, and B) it gets the cameras down FAST when you need them, running the risk of running out of cameras if Hourglass approaches very fast.

i do love this strategy, i beat the night with it, but i hate that you have to use this strat to win. you have to memorize which cameras he can and cant go to, and memorize what every character does and where they start. this is a bad 6th night, but a great strat for it.
So it seems like the only threat is the puppet
I'd just like to take a moment to thank all of you who commented about how this video helped you beat Night 6. Originally, I was going to just upload Custom Night, like I do with most other fangames, when I learned that there weren't many videos (at least, not from any of the ones I saw) that really explained how Night 6 works, and that many people struggled to figure it out. While I did kind of make it pretty sloppily, I'm glad to know that this video actually helped a lot of you beat Night 6.

This strategy saved my entire existence.
This strategy is godly. It's also a good idea to have a backup plan, in the event that you either move too slowly and fear that you missed Hourglass spawning in 3 or 4, or if you accidentally shut off 3 or 4 (like what happened in this video at one point). The backup strat for me was to start watching the Freezer cam. Quickly cycle between checking the office and the freezer. If Hourglass appears without entering the freezer, turn off the lights. If he enters the freezer, wait for him to leave: if he directly moves to your office, hold CTRL. If he leaves the freezer and takes a few more seconds to enter your office, it means he went through the lounge and you have to shut off a camera. That can work as a viable strategy for the whole night, but I think the strat on display here is generally more effective. Use the freezer strat as a backup in case something goes wrong. I had to do that once on my latest playthrough and it saved my ass. Anyway, awesome video!
