    Hey guys, so it definitely isn’t you, but it’s not just how it is going to be or should be either. I work community mental health and before getting my masters I worked in a psychiatric hospital for 6 years, I’ve had several bouts of this feeling and I believe it comes from feeling like your work is pointless, like the shit out there is so overwhelming that it’s like am I even helping? Am I making it worse? Can people change? It’s a whole bunch of super difficult existential questions that most people don’t have to think about on a daily basis bc their jobs force them to. But I’ve come to a place where I am able to visualize what I can’t see. A lot of times you will not see the positive changes you make. A kid might go way downhill for a while, might not seem like anything you did got thru at all, but you are planting seeds, showing love, and the results of that might not show up for years. Or even if it doesn’t ever show up in the way you want it to, you can’t see inside their heads. Your kindness and support might be a source of comfort for them. As long as you can see your purpose and see that you are working toward something bigger than yourself, you will find it

    Welllll when you worked at Wal-Mart you would have been mad at me and looking at me side-eyed b/c I ask that question too; does that mean it's free? It's just a joke b/c some of them cashiers have that serious look on their faces so I try to make them laugh, as long as they don't get out of pocket and say something crazy then it's cool.

    I used to work Tory and I know how it was like .. the bags are beautiful but cheap quality with prices . Managers don’t treat customers equally, they like judge how people look, they like to tell us watching customers, because they believe many thieves around in the store . I feel so sorry but it’s truth , they worried if no one purchase for every hours , because the way culture selling with high goals for everyday . It’s better to purchase online or shop in Nordstorm.

    But I definitely agree with everything you said in the video. For these kind of prices stores should do a better job at hiring the right people, because one bad experience can definitely keep away the customer from purchasing any of their items in his or her lifetime. It’s not a good practice. My love for luxury fashion began just recently, and I’m honestly really into Tory Burch as a brand. But they need to let go of unprofessional employees.

  • @samantarizzi248

    I’m so sorry you had such bad experience! I only did one online shopping with Tory Burch and my experience was wonderful! I even had to change my shipping address, and the lady who helped me online was so effective, nice and quick. Items came in pristine condition and their shipping took only a couple of days. I’m one happy customer 😃 I never actually went into any of Tory Burch stores, to be honest, so I can’t comment on that. I generally think that it’s not a designer’s fault how their employees are to customers, because it’s really hard to regulate every employee. Some people are just rude workers, and I’m sure if Tory herself knew about it, she would fire them from her company.

    I worked in the Tory Burch Main Warehouse a Few years ago, I can tell you right now their product is really cheap, most of the Flops end up being returned because of poor quality, their Jewelry is horrible and most of the dresses are not in good quality, I worked in the Returns // Shipping // Inventory // Wholesale and Web Department... they even went as far as destroying any damaged product (I believe most of those brands do) and the ones that were "Decent" they would sell it to US lol which was a joke (we got paid very low salary) and they expected us to pay for their shit with such low income and paying like 50% for stuff that had been returned or damage.

    The Keracare anti- dandruff shampoo and conditioner that I showed in the video is really great! Also Selsun blue from the drugstore works wonders as well if you can stand the strong smell. Don’t shy away from shampooing your hair because you do want to rid the flakiness from your scalp, just don’t use chelating shampoos as often because you do want to retain moisture. Hope this helps!

    LMFAO. I love how NOBODY said anything to those neighbors, but they knew to take it down when some black folks moved into the block. That means they already knew what it means. One ironic thing that gets me is how people generally accept that there's been slavery and racism throughout the history of the US, and they make their peace with that ugly truth and accept it, but when anyone talks about slavery or white supremacy during the 4 years of the Confederacy, people get histrionic and talk about how their great great grandfather didn't own slaves. Well, ok, maybe he didn't, but his government existed for a specific reason, they wrote it down multiple times, and their war to preserve slavery is why he got drafted into the Confederate Army in the first place.

  • @anonymousdelta7339
    @anonymousdelta7339 Жыл бұрын

    I’m not white just to be clear. But I am coming from a police perspective. I don’t care for the confederate flag and don’t own one. But I do hear some people saying some stuff of why they have it. Now, for them to take it down when the blacks moved in goes to show they mean to harm and don’t want drama. They’re for the flag and for giving respect to the new neighbors. So I wouldn’t see them as evil or racists if they’re putting something aside for a respectable reason.
