  I came across this video after 5 years being uploaded. Guess why? I finally get my first Robosapien, after 4 years of searching! It happened just yesterday that I made my best deal for an "early production" model from 2004. 15 euros and I took it home guys! It's in good condition, complete with the original remote control and two instruction manuals. Best regards from Italy, by a very satisfied 23 year old person😁

  Wish I never got rid of him in 2009 it was the best christmas gift ever from my Grandpa when he was around brings back nostalgic vibes! Im on the verge to finding him once again 20 years later! Igot the small version now gotta find him

  Hey there! That robot, except the electrical issues is in crisp condition and im surprised you found him for only a dollar. My dad actually bought me this toy back in 1999 and I just finished modifying mine today. The 6V battery was totally dead, and instead of just fixing that, I decided to completely replace all of its electronics with customizable programmable boards. Some coding, patience and soldering and my R.A.D. 1.0 is now working fine! I lost all of the 3 darts back in the day, and now all of it's speaking abilities are also disabled, but I replaced it's eye lights with some cool white LED's and I made a remote controller out of an old joystick I had. Overall great video, I love the enthusiasm, you've gained a subscriber! I'd love to see you make a comeback!

  I want to keep the original programming (voice/actions) so I'm going to rig up servos to operate the original transmitter onboard the RAD and I have to set up a 7 channel or so receiver to use my flysky remote

  i have one in my room rn it's missing a bolt and the back plate of the battery for the Controller's. so many good memory ( the speaker is under the head)

  I remember I had one of these, me and my brother took the batteries out one day and then locked it in the closet. Pretty sure ours was haunted, because in the middle of the night we would hear banging on the closet doors and the eyes would just randomly turn on and then look straight at us, every time we looked away from it it would also move a little bit

  00 yeah and also a Cozmo gets off the charger he gets back on at least he tries to but it’s kind of a failure usually make it up first the only wheels that make it on which I don’t know if we need a new one
