    Thanks for the video very informative. I had a couple of quick questions. Would this tent be suitable for two people and two oversized single carts with the small table like 3 ft.² and storage for clothes etc. I’m 6 foot tall and I know the height should be plenty but I wonder if the width which I guess is about 8‘ x 8‘ would be enough room. Normally, I hear you should at least double the size of the tent for the number of people.we also have a 12 dog so need to have space for her small bed.. thanks in advance.. also some concern about a spot to put wet shoes etc since there is no awning?

    Why does the connector not charge the battery? Is that it can’t be done, or they don’t do it by default?

    Great video guys. So to be clear, you actually shortened the standard length of the galley shelves? Im undecided on the standard 17" or go with the 24". If yours are 14", im thinking ill be good with the 17". Any info would be greatly appreciated. Im getting ready to place my order. Thanks

  • @MWDAdventures

    Ours shelves are 24", we lowered the top shelf. I would always go with 24" shelves. The extra length in the cabin doesn't gain you much.

    @@MWDAdventuresDo you know the average lifespan of a Dometic? You've gotten 5 years. Say $1k new, that's $200/yr cost. If you use it alot, that's a good gear investment. I would be curious to see the lifespan on the budget 12v. Thanks so much. I really enjoy your channel.

    I like that it doesn’t have a dozen elastic attached poles and that you don’t have to fight putting the canvas part on, a no muss and fuss setup. The cons your wife pointed I’d have to fully agree with plus my back needs a more upright 90* sitting position.

    1:17 - Who would want to lug that monster AC unit around with them? I’m waiting for someone to design a REAL mini AC unit for these trailers. A mini heater works just fine, why not AC ?

  • @twoweary
    @twoweary22 күн бұрын

    The cigarette lighter heater is probably all you need in one of these. Forget the propane, kerosene, or whatever heaters, it’s a tiny space! Just get something that will warm it up while you get dressed in the morning, or uses little energy in the evening before you go to sleep .

  • @MWDAdventures
    @MWDAdventures15 күн бұрын

    We use a little 300 w electric heater to warm the space up before bed and then again in the morning. Doesn't take much heat for the small space.

But mostly I use the “red” , which is really pink. White attracts the mosquitoes, unofficially the Alaska state bird 😂. Again, thank you for the the excellent review sir 👍👊🏼
