    GREAT video brother. Your enthusiasm for flight, and creating the airframes is fantastic. That airframe flew very locked in. Like you gad a Gyro on it. Just ordered my first F.T. model. The Bloody Wonder. Looks like an EZ build. Keep the video's coming.

    I’m using the Flash Hobby D2826 1400kv on my Strix Goblin with a 7x6 APC that would work well on planes like this. Also looked tail heavy on each launch attempt

    Looks like a good build. The motor is probably Plenty strong. One problem I see right off the bat is that you have a WALL directly in front of the air intake of the Prop. A Major obstruction from free flowing air traveling across the prop. Just like an EDF. It must be able to inhale as freely as it exhales. Imagine breathing in through a straw with the inlet almost completely covered. It needs to breath freely inwards, as well as outwards to get maximum efficiency from your motor. Love your videos brother.

    Great video brother. I love scratch building my own designs also. I'm batting around 500 right now. The last two were No Go's. Kind of descuriging. Next weekend I'm going to attempt a Maiden on my newest design. EDF Delta wing. I have high hopes as usual. As for the red one in this video, I like to build all mine with the expatiation of having a few bad landing's. I cover all my scratch build's with packaging tape. It really adds next to nothing in weight. Make's em very durable. If you did the same to your Red one, I guarantee there would be No damage. You could get as many attempt's at trimming as needed without going home with a damaged airframe. Love your video's. Keep em coming.

    Great video once again. It looks like it fly's very nice while going slow, which is very important. If it's climbing during acceleration, it's an EZ fix. I think I heard you say that you have a Spectrum Transmitter. Go to the MIX option, and create a Throttle / Elevator Mix. In your case, it looks like you'll have to add some down elevator to the Throttle Mix. Go a little at a time, until you get it exactly where you like it. I've had to add that Mix to several factory built airplanes. Afterwards it'll fly perfect.

    Great video Brother. Thrust Angle is so important. If all your control surfaces are straight and true. Try adding washers to angle the motor towards the Right and Down. Keep tinkering with it, until it fly's straight and level throughout your entire throttle range. Once you find the correct thrust angle, it'll fly like a dream.

  • @gisall8205
    @gisall82052 ай бұрын

    Great video buddy. Did you fallow plan's on that motor mount, because it looks like it has a god thrust angle. Also, I personally find it much more rewarding to build and fly my own creations. Happy landings.

Sadly staples max printing sized is 32x 40 if I remember correctly, thats no where near the size we need lol. If I can’t find another way tiled will have to do for now, just time!

    Hello! Try adding a couple clicks of down trim to your elevators, I’d say start with 4 clicks and launch your plane at 75% throttle. Make sure you’re throwing the plane slightly nose up.

    @crossgenrc32353 ай бұрын

    Hello, sorry to hear that brother ! Do you remember what did the plane do once you took off ? A lot of times beginners tend to forget the reflex on the ailerons, you want the ailerons to be sitting slightly up, in its neutral position. That will prevent the plane from nose diving after leaving your hand!

    I built this same model several years back. I used a Grayson Hobby motor with a 8X4 APC propeller and it was a great flying plane on 3 and 4s batteries. I used mine as a belly lander. At one time I built all the models that FT had out at the time but I did not have electronics for all of them. I had about 4 models that I got electronics for but after that I started getting into the Eflite Horizon Hobby higher end stuff and I'm still going at it.

  • @crossgenrc3235
    @crossgenrc32353 ай бұрын

    That’s awesome ! I honestly spend all these hours building the plane film the video then brake the plane for the electronics, same day lol. Crazy part is I have over 13 motors and esc, but most of my master builds are still intact RTF.
