I hope you guys can understand :))) if you want to skip to the result 4:18 time cut: liteapks.com/time-cut.html If you still feel like the motion blur isn't enough. You can add it but in *THE BLURRR APP* because sometimes capcut makes the results bad settings for blurrr app (motion blur) you can choose: Op 1 (normal): Degree: 50 Sensitivity: 80 Op 2: Degree: 70 Sensitivity: 50 Op 3: Degree: 40 Sensitivity: 48 Op 4: Degree: 39 Sensitivity: 70 Op 5: Degree: 65 Sensitivity: 70 Op 6: Degree: (it's up to you) Sensitivity: (it's up to you)
