ADASH - condition monitoring, vibration analysis measurement devices and software.
Machine predictive maintenance.
We produce a full range of vibration analysis equipment, from simple vibration data collectors, vibration meters to advanced vibration analyzers and on-line vibration monitoring systems. The data from the devices can be transferred to ADASH vibration software for further analysis and tranding. The Adash Ltd. company was founded in 1991.

what is meant by gmm. Please elaborate
can you tell me name of the device to measure vibration
We have a range of portable vibration analyzers and online monitoring systems. See here please: adash.com/products
Does this instrument all you to record and play back the sound?
Yes it does 🙂
why are the amplitude units mm/s @ 5:23 it should be mm right?
Velocity of vibrations is measured in mm/s or ips.
Info ?
What info we can provide sir?
gracias
1st & 2nd modal.
Thank you for this video series, appreciate them 👍🏻
Excellent! May I ask if I can split the adjustment weight on both sides of the suggested spot?
Unfortunately not in the App. But our VA3Pro analyzer/balancer or higher level devices has this option. See more about VA3Pro: adash.com/portable-vibration-devices/a4300-va3-vibration-analyzer
This is a great feature and highly applicable to lots of equipment and machinery in a wide range of manufacturing.
👍
What is the name of the track in the background?
No name.Created by our marketing department.
@@AdashCompany The track is amazing. It would be nice to be released or just shared with the public. I’d really love to be able to add it to my cozy playlist 😊
Info ????
What info we can provide sir?
i wish we could access subtitles like a whole text🥲 can someone help me
They are always on the description below the video. See below the video and press "more".
Would placing the reflector and sensor in horizontal alignment provide a more accurate measurement?
Not more accurate, but maybe you will get slightly higher vibrations in horizontal position of the sensor on this kind of machine.
Wau🤩👍
00:46 haahaahahahahaha I use these videos for my graduation work, finally there was an unexpected reason for me to laugh, and at the same time useful, special thanks from Azerbaijan

This is great, new to the whole concept but want to understand and learn. What a great place to start, low cost software, thank you very much. Cheers to you, good job on the video too.
Thanks a lot for making this video and animation too. but you should mentioned that all these descriptions are about single plane balancing! in dynamic or couple mode, the process is different. But it worth mentioning in your next videos :) especially by introducing coefficient parameters.
Thanks for suggestion sir, we will keep that in mind.
DO NOT run the fan with the hatch cover off! This will be a violation of safety protocol on EVERY plant site! You never know what is in that ductwork - product, welding slag, welding rods, etc. You don't want that coming out of the fan. If you are using “clamp on” weights they can and DO come off sometimes. Hatch only needs a couple of fasteners, but NEVER run a fan with the hatch cover off!!!
Good point Rusty. Guys from the video should have cover it.
For serious analysis the “recorder” function is a must have. Many times in my career I have wished I had this feature. Well done!
que sensor es el recomendable ?
It depends on particular application / measured machine. But most common sensor used in vibration analysis nowadays is 100 mV/g acceleration sensor.
why we took 2048 samples?
Salam , I guess we took that number because The resolution of ADC is 11bits
It is an example. You can use more samples. Important is to have sampling frequency 2,56 greater than the highest captured frequency.

hows that vector type graph is generated..can anyone tell?
It is amplitude with phase on certain point.
Thanks
Most of the machines will not have already prepared measurement points and you have to prepare them on your own. How to do that is described here: adash.com/vibration-analysis/how-should-start-predictive-maintenance-program/
Very nice teaching about vibration
Talk about the AD40000 equipment 😅
I was the vibrations test engineer for solona i. Arizona this is a great video great work
Thanks now I understand
Gracias por compartir
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for sharing
Greate, thank you 💚
you guys are the best
Good👍
Sorry sir, I want to transfer measurement data from the dash type 4900 device to the laptop, how do I transfer it
This is described in the 1st DDS tutorial video (at the end of it) called "How to create route". Take a look on more videos to learn useful tips and tricks: adash.com/support/videos/dds-software-2#list
Adash en colombia?
Of course! Please contact our distributor in Colombia regarding our products: A-MAQ S.A. ANYLISIS DE MAQUINARIA Mr. Jhonatan Mejía Calle 26 #81-51 Medellín +574 341 72 17 www.a-maq.com [email protected]
Hi Team your Vibration monitoring system is Compliance withAPI617
Sorry, our systems does not comply with API617. But it does not stop them to be great vibration monitors being sold worldwide.
Great thanks 👍
My phone has a accelerometer with 2,5mm/s^2 resolution, its thereby suited for bench grinders but not any other industrial machinery.

thanks for the help Do you have info on frequencies and what they mean
This is very general question. There is endless types of machines and their applications in particular industries. Every machine or machinery set (e.g. motor with gearbox and pump) generates vibrations on specific frequencies according to their construction and other parameters such as speed, load etc. There are speed frequencies, gear mesh frequencies, bearing frequencies, drive belt frequencies to name a few. Therefore there is no general answer to your question.
Great video, cheers!
Sr cuál es el valor de vibration
That is really difficult question. You would need to be more specific please.
Where should all three same weight be added with rotation or against rotation?
Dont matter
Does not matter. But the direction of rotation can not be changed during balancing job.
muy bueno soy estudiante y me es enriquece el tema
Gracias Señor
THE WHOLE VIDEO WAS VERY INFORMATIVE. BUT GUYS DONT CLICK ON 8:53
Oops, sorry :-)
